Signing into the conference room computer 

Instead of having an account that is automatically signed onto the computer, you will log in with your normal Windows login. This change is to improve security and allow you to access your applications more seamlessly.  

1. Power on the TV and computer (if it is shut off) 
2. When prompted, sign in using your Windows username/password (the same that you sign into any other computer) 
   
3. The first time you sign in, there is a short delay while it configures everything for your account. After the first-time logins will be much faster. From here you can access the following and more.

Edge: with passwords and bookmarks are synced automatically 

Outlook: email and calendar 

Office: Word, Excel, Teams, etc 

Your files via OneDrive: *Note there is a delay on the first sign-on to the computer as it syncs with files typically showing up in about 5-15 mins depending on your profile size. Until files have populated, applications will need to be opened from the Start Menu. 

Signing off the computer 

 Please make sure to Sign Out of the computer when you are done to prevent people from accessing your account.  

1. Click the Start Button 
2. Click on your Name in the lower left corner 
3. Sign Out in the upper right corner on the dialog that pops up 
   

If you need to step away, always lock your computer. To lock your computer by pressing the Windows Key + L.
