Updox -Oh Snap!/ 401 Error

Updox – Oh Snap! Missing or Incomplete Configuration


If when faxing to Updox you see this message displayed at the top:


- Select “Click here to correct configuration”.
- Under “Updox Username” & Updox Password” Enter in your Updox credentials. (Updox username is your email address)
- Select “Test Connection”.

 

If you receive this error message, it is stating there is an incorrect Username or Password:


 - Re- enter the credentials to try again, or go to the Updox Login page to request a password reset here.

 

Once you enter the credentials in correctly, you will see this message displayed:


 - Close Updox window and refax.
