Intergy is frozen or has a looping error message
Intergy is frozen or is looping error messages:
To
clear a frozen Intergy session, or if you are stuck in a cycle of repeated
error messages, this can be cleared out through task manager.
1. Right click on the Task Bar and select “Task
Manager”
2. When “Task Manager” Opens, you will want to look
under the “Apps” section for either:
OpenEdge Graphical Client – This is Intergy Base
OR
Igy.Shell – This is EHR.
3. Highlight the application that is frozen/ having
errors, and select the “End Task” Option on the bottom right of the task
manager screen
This should close out the application, and when you re-open
Intergy or EHR, it should no longer be frozen or have the continuous error
messages pop up. Please note that it can take a few moments after the “End
Task” Option is selected for Intergy/ EHR to fully close.
